CUSTOM HOME BUILD OR RENOVATION:

  • Design advice for initial planning stage of new builds or renovations.

  • Concept development for all interior and exterior spaces.

  • Colour palette development, including full specification of finishes, fixtures and fittings.

  • Layout and space planning of interior spaces.

INTERIOR DECORATING AND DESIGN:

  • Overall style and colour palette development for each space.

  • Design concept planning for internal spaces, 2D concept plans and 3D concept sketches.

  • Space planning and furniture layouts, including installation and styling.

  • Source and recommend furniture, rugs, accent and feature lighting, artworks and accessories, including custom made items.

  • Specification of finishes, fixtures and materials.

KITCHEN AND BATHROOM DESIGN:

  • Planning and design for existing or new spaces.

  • Concept layout plans in 2D, room elevations and 3D sketches as required. Specification of all finishes i.e. cabinetry colour and profile, bench tops, tiles, splash backs, fixtures, fittings, and lighting.

COLOUR DESIGN:

  • Full colour specification for internal or external paint scheme, provision of colour and/or wallpaper samples. Colour schemes developed with existing surfaces, or new selections of finishes, both internal and exterior.

WINDOW FURNISHINGS AND CUSTOM UPHOLSTERY: 

  • Window Coverings: Measure and quote, source suitable fabrics and finishes for curtains, shutters, roman blinds, roller blinds and panel screens, and management of installation.

  • Upholstery: Source suitable fabrics for re-upholstery of existing furniture or specification of custom-made and unique pieces such as armchairs, sofas, bed heads and soft furnishings such as cushions and throws. 

SHOPPING TRIPS: 

  • Sourcing of design requirements at trade only showrooms or retail showrooms of your choice.

INVESTMENT PROPERTY REVAMP:

  • Properties can be assessed for whether updating of finishes such as wall colour, flooring, kitchen and/or bathroom remodelling is required. A report will be provided with any recommendations and full specifications can subsequently be developed.

CONCEPT BOARDS: 

  • A3 to A1 size boards can be provided for ‘theme and scheme’ style requirements. These provide a visual overview of colours, concepts, samples and drawings. Concept boards can be developed for display sites demonstrating the schedule of finishes. Residential or commercial applications.

COMMERCIAL FIT OUTS:

  • Site visit and briefing, space planning and drawings, mood board creation and rationale, colour and finishes co-ordination, furniture sourcing and ordering, concept boards, schedule of finishes boards for display purposes, supervised installation of product.
